Fall semester of 2018 marked Heritage's first full year on campus. Because of this, the marketing for the coffeehouse mainly focused on strengthening the current brand and continuing to raise awareness of its location on campus. This resulted in utilizing promotions to excite and engage customers both on social media and at the division, and developing new marketing products.

Sample Promotion: October Drink of the Month


Salted Caramel Sweetness
October called for a salted caramel latte at Heritage, otherwise known as the Spooky Latte. Its fun name and tastiness kept customers caffeinated all month long (and a little extra due to its popularity). This drink debuted in our brand new iced glasses that were also available for purchase.
LOYALTY MATTERS
Frequenting Heritage? We offered customers a free 10th drink as a reward for their patronage. Familiar faces were plenty in the coffeehouse.
